I changed the README and other documentation. I think it is easier to read, now. We could probably set up doxygen and gh-pages so that the documentation made by doxygen is automatically created through travis.
I also made it so that the optional global precision is now truly optional -- don't have to define it each time any more. Instead, maximum precision defaults to 10, as was originally intended, I think.
