[bug] flickering screen on fullscreen mode

Current behavior

I am unable to record the problem or make a screenshot. I have 2 monitors as expanded desktop. With boostnote on one monitor, I press F11 to go into full screen. This causes the other monitor to flicker terrible when I move the mouse and boostnote is not the active window.

Note: do not confuse full screen (F11) with Fullscreen (Ctrl + B).

Expected behavior

Using boostnote in full screen without hurting my eyes.

Steps to reproduce

1. dual monitor setup
2. go into full screen mode with boostnote (press F11)
3. move to the other screen, make any window active
4. move your mouse

Environment

• Version : tested with 0.11.6 - 0.11.8
• OS Version and name : 16.04 Ubuntu

I realized now Boostnote is also responsible for some issues with the GUI of another program I use, even without using full screen (F11). It prevents on showing the content of pop-up windows on my other screen.
