Current behavior

Preference > Snippets is so useful. However, its UI is not well.

Expected behavior

style of + New Snippet button should be changed according to color mode.
backgroud-color of a selected snippet should be darken.
the first snippet should be selected when open Preference > Snippets.

Steps to reproduce

Open Preference > Snippets

Environment

Version : v0.11.6
OS Version and name : macOS Sierra 10.12.6
