Feature: NetBios resolver

Please provide some details about this pull request:

• NetBIOS resolver

Fixes #2441

ToDo:

• Setting to enable/disable (enable by default?)
• Show data in result (column hostname should be dns by default, fallback netbios, mac address should be arp by default, fallback netbios)
• Use netbios response to detect if host is up
• Details view should show both data (dns, arp & netbios)
• Hide columns / data if setting is disabled
• Add data to export
• Update documentation to reflect this changes
• Update changelog to reflect this changes
