now creates a figure_data folder and creates a seperate file for each scenario. This is so that each scenario does not overwrite existing data if indidivual plots are created for multiple scenarios. BoulderCodeHub#83

create "plot groups" that allow you to specify just the scenario names that you want plotted together. Then, you can have one df of data, and can create multiple plot groups for comparisons figures
