Bump MDAnalysis Version and Remove MacOS Arm Warning

With MDAnalysis 2.7.0 version being released, biopython is now an optional dependency. As this was the only remaining package which didn't have a pre-compiled version for macOS ARM, MDAnalysis can now be installed like any of the other packages and there are no longer requiements for special installation instructions on M1/2/3 macOS machines.

This should fix #108 #390
