Whoever addresses this ticket, kindly update all the broken commands in the Angular front-end readme.

bad: npm run test-start
good: npm run test:start

bad: npm run i18n-extract
good: npm run i18n:extract

bad: npm run generate
it's unknown what's the purpose of this script and if it ever worked. let's remove 🔥
