Rename configuration files

Renaming of exemplary files following a loose naming convention:

1. Model description follows names used in published papers based on the numbe of internal populations and the name of those populations:
   e (1 cortical population)
   ei (2 cortical populatoions)
   eirs (etc)
   emirs (etc)

2a. Second descriptor is the relevant base class under testing
eirs-coupling

or a descriptor based on the phenomenon under study

2b.
eirs-tms
eirs-burst

3. Third descriptor is the derived class if 2a applies.
   eirs-coupling-ramp
