How To Reset Passwords In Active Directory

Program walk-through:

Go to the start menu Click on Windows Administrative Tools. Click on the drop-down menu and you should see an application titled Active Directory Users and Computers.

You should see your domain name, You'll want to right-click on it and left-click on find. Alternatively, you can see on the applications on the top of the screen, an icon with a magnifying glass hovering over a notepad titled (Find objects in Active Directory Domain Services).

This will bring up a box allowing you to search for the name of the person you are trying to change the name of. Under the name collum, type in the name and it will show up in the search results. Right-click and go to reset password.
