Installing Dependencies

From within the root directory:

# Install global dependencies:
npm install
npm install -g bower
bower install
# Install compass css pre-processor Ruby gem:
sudo gem update --system # if you get an options error, leave out --system.
sudo gem install compass
sudo gem install sass
