1. Small rebalancing of tasks.
2. Replaced write islander a note task to change islander catchphrase task.
3. Prevent NES game task from occurring while Nook's store is closed.
4. Bugfix to change next specific bug/fish task when task is discarded.
5. Bugfix to display "&" symbols for Nook codes in the catalog.
6. Bugfix to prevent Nook shop tasks from appearing 5 minutes before closing on the first day.
7. Bugfix to display correct filter names on Mouse hover "everything" group filter in shop and catalog
