Command-line importer

Provide a command line application for importing data into a store. It should work in the same sort of way as the Polaris UI - allowing either "local" or a "remote" import options; where a "local" import processes the import as one or more update transactions and a remote import starts an import job.
It should also allow either a connection to a server or the use of the embedded B* client to import directly into a store.
