This is a web application that assigns an Akan name based on the day of the week that you were born as in ghanian Akan naming system. It uses a formula by evaluating the century i.e 19 and year as 85, month and date and outputs the day of the week which then assigns the Akan name as either male or female according to the input selected.
You must be having visual studio or Atom installed so as to write your code with. git should be installed.

Open Terminal {Ctrl+Alt+T}

cd akan_names

Enter year of Birth eg 2019

Enter month of birth eg 1 for january

Enter Date of the month you were born in eg 3

Select gender; female or male
Submit. Input example, the program compares the inputs with the conditions set for the inputs eg if No input field is empty, the program executes else an alert to enter valid details.
- 0 < Date >= 31.
- 0 < Month >= 12
- Gender Male or Female.
- Some output are not as accurate as expected..
