This adds testing through Github Actions instead of Travis. I've left the
Travis.ymlfile, as it is still handling coveralls as far as I can tell. I also removed Python 3.4 fromsetup.pyand testing, as it has reached end-of-life.Edit: I've decided to completely remove Travis, I'll get coveralls setup on Actions once I can get it done. As far as I can tell, Travis wasn't being used for anything except calling coverage.
