Imagine a browser which doesn’t accept such a non-HTML HTML file or which doesn’t correctly print the special Unicode characters used in “Hello World,” unless UTF-8 is specified. I fixed it. Also, “Hello World” is not proper english (even for those strange austria … err … australians.)
