Also remove the obsolete `sudo: false` from Travis.
Use double quotes and invalidate cache when package-lock.json or appveyor.yml file changes.

@shakyShane: BTW AppVeyor doesn't have Node.js 12.x installed yet. We could work around it but I really hope they add it soon. |
