AI hallucinations

My prompt was "git checkout a repo and its git modules". The shell returned an empty string as the script and its explanation was a story about a detective called Bob - completely unrelated to the prompt. See screenshot:

Not sure if the issue lies with the OpenAI model, or if there is something we can do within this repo to prevent hallucinations like this.

seems this is an issue with our streaming/parsing logic - a command is actually generated, but not displayed. would love a contribution to fix if interested!
