This implements the most absolute basic type of interaction: in the stats widget, when tapping the shield icon in the center, the widget refreshes with the latest data.
Since widgets are guaranteed to get a timeline request when the user interacts with them and those requests don't count against the daily budget, this effectively works as a way around the refresh frequency limitations on iOS.
I saw some questions about this in the official WWDC Slack channel and Apple folks stated that it's a valid use of interactivity within widgets. Whether or not App Review will agree with them, we'll have to wait and see 馃槀
