-The "proc.Refresh()" function is now run asynchronously to ensure a smooth start of the VAC-ByPass. Conclusion: Form is no longer frozen for seconds when starting the VAC-ByPass.
-Other small things changed in the VAC-ByPass
-Changed icon size
-Built in precautionary security that avoids a possible access denial when removing the updater application after an update
-Added updated resource (Updater.exe)

-CouInjector applied to TeaInjector and modified accordingly for Team Fortress 2
-Fixed reproducible error when executing the VAC-ByPass
-High CPU usage while the VAC-ByPass is active, especially in the threading module and there by WaitforExit function, has been reduced by a high rate through a change in the code
