Control Nester's behaviour via settings file

Users might want to change some aspects of Nesters behaviour via a configurable settings.yaml file or similar.

Things that might be changed that way:

  • Permissions of created directories. (Default: 755 Read and write to owner, read to everyone else. CAUTION: too strict permissions can cause Nester to fail with permission denied!)
  • ...

After careful consideration, this feature is not needed for what Nester is supposed to do.
