My soloution to fix windows greater / larger than file size issue for both 32bit and 64bit systems that is fast and can be used in production.

Windows PHP builds <=5.6 have a problem reading filesize outputs so in the example PHP file i provided a function example to fix the issue and an example that does not require the function choose what ever you want.
