AxesGrid.pdf not equivalent to plotted figure in notebook #115

In exercise 2.7, code cell 22 saves the figure to AxesGrid.pdf. However, when opening the pdf, the arrangement of the plots is not equal to the plot in the notebook and some of the subplots are overlapping.

Interesting - I don't have much experience with AxesGrid - maybe a f.canvas.draw() is required (but that would be annoying).
