When reading a mix of real-time and historical batch resources, the processing of batch resource can take a long time, causing ris live stream terminate the connection. Currently, libbgpstream does not handle disconnection well.

Related to issue #139 (ris error message handling). This issue is about handling the disconnections from ris-live stream source, which may or may not have error messages from ris. #139 is about handling error messages that can also be triggered by other types of errors.

RIS-live disconnection should be handled in the http transport (see #82).
