Interactive Plots

We decided to add interactive html based plots similar to AMBER or QUAST.

• a summary table of all metrics (sort and select columns and rows)
• embed spider plot image (static or dynamic)
• create user-defined ranking of tools based on weights for different metrics

• @pbelmann will take a look at the table, similar to Amber's (i.e. not pretty, but functional): https://cami-challenge.github.io/AMBER/
• @fernandomeyer will try mpld3 (http://mpld3.github.io/). If this is straightforward, great, else we'll embed the static ones
• Whoever finds the time, creates a sorted bar chart ranking the tools, see ranking table #13, and the user can assign weights (or include/exclude) metrics for a user-defined custom ranking
