Beta version for capurace development.

While it comes the deadline of capurace development, we need to spend more time on that. As current capubbs is good enough with acceptable efficiency, we decide to release a bete version. Though there are many more things we can do, we must stop for a while here. We will be back, with more power, and make capubbs much better.
