The actual plotting of the brain age gap is good. Can we change line 106 (new line 104) to say 'Check data set for inclusion of SPARE-* indices.' instead of 'Probably data set does not have SPARE-* indices.' I don't know if this is nit picking, but the wording is awkward. I don't know if it matters or not.
