This PR will make that upon installation the BrainChart is available via the command BrainChart instead of python -m BrainChart.main.

@melhemr Can you check that this configuration properly works? The package needs to be re-installed. Then the command BrainChart should be available.

python -m pip install -U -e .
BrainChart
