* First pass

* Add more RFC references, some wordsmithing

* Another few fixes

* Switch to use "LDH Labels"

* Propose concrete effective date

* Clarification about root zone trailing dot

* Replace "label" with "Domain Label" throughout (#1)

Replace "label" with "Domain Label" and "domain name" with "Domain Name" throughout
