PDF Templates missing repeat loop options for true false, date, multiple choice, and number variables

Currently only text variables allow the author to group variables to be used in a repeat loop.

We need to add this functionality for true false, date, multiple choice, and number variable types.

I'd like some additional information on whether this is a bug or an enhancement + an estimate of complexity to add these variable types to repeating fields in the DAT PDF Templates. We're going to be highlighting the DAT a lot in 2022 with our accessibility improvements.
