dev7 (Mac).

How to recreate - (1) on a running Cate, quit Cate by using Mac top-bar menu for Cate, (2) after Cate has quit (or seems to have quit) according to the Mac desktop, start Cate. (3) the startup of Cate hangs.

Note - I have described a similar scenario in #551. In the case of the issue described here (Re-starting Cate Hangs) to way to re-create the issue is simpler than in #551 but they're both perhaps the same.

Note - On logging out and logging back in again (Mac account) Cate then starts.

@forman I've seen similar on Windows laptop with dev.7.
When I close the GUI, there are a couple of "Cate Desktop.exe" and a "cate-webapi.exe" process still running.
I have to manually end them using Task Manager before I can open the cate GUI again.

I've similar problems on my Linux machine.
After closing the GUI, the last info in my terminal is:
"[06:42:21.329] [info] Main window closed."

I have to end it by hand as well.

Sorry am still having problems on Windows ! (with dev.8) There are a couple of Cate Desktop processes running after the GUI is closed.

With dev.8 I cannot open the GUI anymore (on Linux)! The following 'Internal Error' occurs:

Failed to start Cate service within 60.45 seconds:
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:9090

@forman Cate Desktop failed to start for dev11 on my Linux machine. (like dev8 already did see comment from 27th March.)
