Search Help Text

The search help (comes from the locales file) has examples from lewis and clark. We should change this to have family letters specific examples. Remember that we will also need the translation in the es locales file

Edited to add: Actually, it looks like there is spanish language site specific help text but it was never translated to english so look at that first
