trial_variables folder

Contains four analyses:

• Spin initiation latency (SIL) after a loss - /SIL/lossmodel
• SIL after a win - /SIL/winmodel
• Bet size after a loss - /BET/lossmodel
• Bet size after a win - BET/winmodel

Two files for each analyses:

1 - R markdown file containts all regression models and diagnostics

2 - Python file contains code to create plots (manuscript figures 3 and 4)
