MSpeech v1.5.10 now released

v1.5.10 from 15.02.2020:

• Fixed a bug that caused the program to crash when you pressed the hotkey several times in a row;
• All MSpech components have been updated to the latest versions (MGSoft, RHVoice);
• Added Ukrainian for recognition;
