invalid oval-def:notes definitions

Have invalid note tags on oval-def:notes sub elements on above two definitions
have -- oval:note
should have -- oval-def:note

This appears to be a change in the 5.11.1 definition and the error is in the parent element
has -- oval-def:notes
should have -- oval:notes

neither 5.11.1 or 5.11.0 or prior would have
oval-def:notes element with oval:notes child elements

Martin, Danny and I had a whole discussion about this. I thought we introduced a fix in OVAL 5.11.1. Are you sure you're using an official schema version?
