Express + Socket.io

This initial release of EnergyPlus.io is built upon Node.js with Express Web Framework & Socket.io as two separate Node Packages. Custom configuration of the WebSocket to work on Express & Socket ended up being overly complicated & problematic. Future releases will use Express.io.
