Added HF and Nose hits

@selvaggi are simhits for HF and the nose added with this as well?

Hi @selvaggi - thanks for this! Do I understand correctly that you want to use HFNose hits only exclusively, i.e. one can either choose to dump all HGCAL information, or HFNose information, but not both at the same time? If so, this is fine, just wanted to make sure this is intentional.

@clelange yes this was intentional, I wanted to make sure the two things are decoupled for now.
