Only thing I can think of that's missing is support for getting the "Ranked 2.0 MMR"

No clue where it's hiding, but given how useless of a indicator of absolutely anything it is, I don't care..
If you find where it is, please share (or better yet, submit a PR that glues it somewhere..)
