Major updates

  • Took out remaining hard coded defaults in evolv2.f and made them part of the inifile and added documentation to describe what they control
  • updated defaults of some of the parameters to be consistent with CMC
  • fixed a few outstanding bugs, including some changes to mix.f and how the rejuvenation factor is set.
  • Cleaned up some of the documentation
  • in general we will encourage users to user this version over v3.0.0
