As of now the new releases aren't updating and have stopped six hours ago.

rrrclient-metacpan wasn't running after reboot. I've started it manually and indexing has begun. Thanks for reporting! We need to monitor this process. I'm going to leave this ticket open as a bug. We need some alerts running on the box to monitor when processes aren't running. I'll rename the ticket accordingly. At the very latest, I can look at this at the QA Hackathon next month.

We should be able to solve this using Panopta.
