Does that mean it is a third case which I won't be able to get back easily if I click on one of the radios or is that just that the selected radio has not been turned on?

This is also a bit weird because it's labeled as 'Filter', but only applies to the recent releases list. The same sidebar is used on the recent favorites page, and but the radio options lead back to the recent releases list.

I'm inclined to just remove the radio buttons and have links instead.
