CPSDisplay v2.1.1

Bug fixing:

• default value of the rainbow speed slider wasn't the value set in config file
• cps overlay was drawn multiple times when moving or on the GuiConfig screen
• background size placeholder has been change from §oxx to §o2
• change mod's logo
• removed the line that sent "Hola" every time the player logged into a world (1.11 only lol)
