Describe the bug
A request remains assigned to a deleted healthworker

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Assign a request to a healthworker
  2. Delete that healthworker
  3. The request remains unchanged

Expected behavior
Request should go back to pending state

  • Should not allow health worker to be removed if there is a request under him/her. (Easier implementation)
  • Changing the request assigned staff to none and status to pending would be harder to implement.

Issue has been fixed as of PR #214
