-Dashboard Controller is cleaned up a bit
-mySortable.js is added with functionality to allow html tables to be sorted with JS
-NOTE: this is currently a bit buggy: it does not sort on page load (it only sorts on table header click), and it does not work if clicked from the Bootstrap Dashboard header. You have to refresh the page to get it to work for some reason
