hide Errors column when it's not necessary (very rarely can there be a form with errors) Form errors fixes #3109
~~show what the error is on the triangle (aria-label, title)~~ too long to show
~~make the column narrow (it takes too much space)~~ (difficult to fix, the action buttons actually have extra space too, better to fix the table to use only as much as it needs)
