Summary

Implements 5.1 schema and subschemas. Also includes small additions to the schema for CVSS 3.0 and 3.1 validation.

Important Changes

• Added new 5.1 schema files
• CVSS 3.0 and 3.1 validation in schema files based on CVSS 4.0 validation
• Updated test files

Testing

Steps to manually test updated functionality, if possible

• 1) Test POST/PUT/REJECT CVE endpoints.
