Newer versions of MySQL/MariaDB may prevent structure replication changes #4613

Describe the bug

Due to the way that the command show tables new returns column data. Cacti can not longer re-replicate an altered table schema after the main poller has been upgraded. This can lead to poller failures.

Expected behavior

Properly replicated tables as a result of a full sync.
