Describe the bug

Spine performance can be improved if we are only using the default snmp port for all SNMP monitoring. This is often the case.

Expected behavior

A Faster data collection.

This change, when combined with a to be committed spine change will help improve performance of spine on very busy systems where the default snmp port is the only one in use.
