A TCL coded Modular IRC bot!

For all modules:
From Debian / Ubuntu:
$ sudo apt-get install tcl tcl-dev tcl8.6 tcl8.6-dev
From Red Hat:
```
$ sudo yum install tcl tcl-devel
```
Please note some modules will require other system packages. For specific modules please see the Prerequisites.txt file.
