…tests passed after that. Either it was changed and the tests not updated. Removed the references because they did not make much sense at all because the method is also returning the modified data. Looks like the & was added later for unknown reasons without reflecting this change in the tests.

Updated the helper file names for Cake 2.0 (Tree.php > TreeHelper.php). Also updated the GravatarHelper's __construct to accept $View as first argument, and to also call parent::__construct() so that it works.
