Additional screens for mobile app

At present the React Native mobile application cater for a single user story (capturing and submission of incident evidence). It would be great to provide additional functionality in the form of:

• A registration, options and preferences screen(s)
• A login screen
• A news page with information such as local legislation changes
• Advice / guidance (e.g. for stop and search) which would be based on the official advice offered by NGO's for example
• The above should also cater for safety advice as the user navigates to the incident capture screen.

Again privacy, permission and security are essential and it is imperative to think about who is responsible for any advice / guidance provided in the application and which organisation would own this and / or be a trusted source.
